Managed by a professional team, its goal is to keep the resort in pristine condition, ensure high maintenance standards, and preserve Benalup Resort’s reputation as an exclusive destination.Opening hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.Services: Mail and package reception for all villas. Residents may sign on behalf of owners with prior authorization.Included ServicesSecurity: Service included in the community fees, operating on alternating days and hours.General maintenance: Supervised by full-time staff, covering street lighting, security cameras, internet, and other key technical aspects of the resort.Personalized Assistance for OwnersPepe (Maintenance): Available full-time and can be hired at a reduced rate for work in private villas. Requests are easily managed through the secretariat and billed monthly as an additional fee.Sandra (Management and personalized assistance): Present at the local office, fluent in English and Spanish, and offers personalized support to owners.
